People!

Well its been a few minutes since Magic has been over, but I thought I would let all of you that couldn't make it down there get a little taste of what Famous SAS is like at one of these shows.

One word – Nuts!

In the short period of 3 days that I was in Las Vegas attending the Magic Tradeshow, I spent most of my time chilling with the Famous SAS crew and meeting with Canadian accounts. I was able to meet with the good people over at Adrenaline, Surf Culture, Arlies/Boathouse, along with other local Vancouver shops like Dipt Urban Hook-ups and Soul 2 Soul. Each account was super stoked on the line and each of them were eager to get a link on all the exclusive items (pictured below is the “Expensive Taste Collection” and the “Greedy Genius x Famous SAS” shoe that’s limited to only a mere 500 pairs worldwide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being down there allowed me to really do about 3 months of email in 3 days, for real. Each one of these accounts was super psyched to finally have some progress from the USA on dealing with the Canadian Market. Its been a long road to get where we are now with Famous, but its never been more worth it. Famous is going crazy in the USA. I made it a point to walk around the show and find a booth with more people, more media, more stars, more diamonds, more autographs, and more appointments, and I wasn't able to find anything.

Just take a look at the photos below. Below is a photo of the booth at a dull point. No Joke, that’s the only way I could get away from it and and take a photo.

On the right in the red hat is music superstar Travis Barker and on the left is Southside Rapper “Young Dro” being interviewed and video taped. Look at that chain on Young Dro........its the size of a small record, its all real platinum and diamonds, and its rumored to be worth around.....well with all the security that he had following him everywhere all weekend should tell you that its worth a nice amount. Other people in attendance at the Famous booth were as follows; Hip Hop moguls Paul Wall, Lil Jon, Grammy winners Three Six Mafia, UFC champ Kurtis “Rampage” Jackson.


Pictured above are the professional Famous SAS skateboarders (from left to right) Luis Tolentino, Kurtis Colamonico, Aquil Brathwaite and Jereme Rogers. On the right we have Ben Baller (The man has a jewlery store that was started by using the profits of selling Nike SB shoes on ebay) and Famous artist “Skinhead Rob”.

Did I forget to mention that I was able to take a quick video while I was at the Famous party @ Jet Night Club. Nothing much though, just Three six mafia, Lil John in concert, hahaaaha, damn it was so crazy, so many people wearing Famous clothing in the club. All in all it was a great productive trip. Canada’s definitely on the Famous SAS map as far as growing sales and solid marketing direction. We got some crazy projects coming up this spring ! We are working with accounts all over Canada to gain in store presence through POP and custom buildouts. In addition I am in talks with Felix, the US athlete manager to partner with the Famous SAS athlete tour and bring them into Canada. Cross your fingers on that one.
