Lifetime Expands Rep Force

Lifetime is pleased to announce the addition of independent sales rep Justin Fry, and the team at Hand Me Down Agency to our North American sales team.

Hand Me Down Showroom was established in May of 2004, by Frank Yamamoto. Now Frank and Jen Lozano, have partnered to dominate sales in the boutique, department and specialty stores across the country. With experience in marketing, the duo opens the door for their brands to get international attention through multi-media outlets, including TV, magazine, and artist placement. And they do it all out of their cozy showroom in midtown Manhattan.

Hand Me Down Agency

Justin Fry comes to Lifetime with a long list of, life experience, attached to his resume. Having lived all over Los Estados Unidos de America, namely, California, Michigan, Utah, Washington and Oregon, Fry eventually planted his feet in Utah where he pursued undergraduate studies, and later in Oregon, where he attended Grad school at the University of Oregon, allocating his time to his studies, painting, and drawing. Today, Fry lives in Silver Lake, Los Angeles and reps Lifetime in the S. California and Rockies territories. Oh and he also wanted us to mention that he cooks well and likes dogs. We're not sure if this has anything to do with cooking or dogs, but he also wants you to check out his paintings here: photobucket.com.

EVENTS

Lifetime Presents, A Cut & Sew Extravaganza

Last month, Lifetime, Rekognize Design, and Three Monkeys presented a unique sewing challenge for designers in the making, and creative individuals alike, and put it all together in one seamless night of friends, fashion, and fun.

The fifteen teams selected to take part in the Cut & Sew design challenge were required to come up with a "cut and sew" creation made entirely out of the contents of a "loot bag" filled with fabrics, trims, and all the fixings to complete an original piece of clothing. In addition, each team was allowed a fifteen buck budget to spend on extra supplies, to help add the final touches to their designs. And with some big time prizing at stake'the grand prize being a $500.00 shopping spree of Lifetime clothing, and the production of the winning design as part of Lifetime's Spring 2010 Collection'there was some cut throat competition at this Cut & Sew Extravaganza! Without further adieux, here's a look at what our competitors came up with!

Here's looking at some fierce competition...

Lifetime Fall 2009 Sales Meeting...& More!

Early Last month, Lifetime brought the whole North American Lifetime sales team together in Vancouver for our annual Fall sales meeting, and of course, some well-earned fun! We'll spare you the details of our 9-hour days, and skip right to our irresponsibly late nights...which began on none other than, a Coors Light party bus! Once on, there was no turning back from there! And the evening went a little something like this...

With empty stomachs, and blood-shot eyes, we loaded onto the bus one-by-one, greeted by a dapper driver wearing some finely tailored threads, and a spandexed Coors Light girl holding buckets full of silver in her hands,'silver Bullets, of course. Our good friend, Lifetime Collective artist and snow shredder, TJ Schneider, also joined us for the ride, showing up for the trip with a hand-carved cane by his side (but don't worry, he says he was nursing a small injury, but I'm convinced he only bought it as a helping gesture to old lady selling them in front of Shopper's Drug Mart.) With everyone on board, the bus got moving, and the party picked up speed, as we headed for our first of three Party-Bus-escorted stops, The Afghan Horsemen, to fuel-up with some food for the long evening ahead. And that it was! So long in fact that, we'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Enjoy! To read more: Click Here!

Getting down to business, at the Lifetime sales meeting, Fall 2009.

And getting up to no good on the party bus!

Lifetime boys!

Lifetime ladies!

Lifetime's Nick & Shay. Take our word, they weren't looking quite so fresh-faced and rosy-cheeked by the time midnight rolled around!

Who drinks beer with black leather gloved on? Lifetime's Trevor Fleming drinks beer with black leather gloves on! Yeah, he's kind of a big deal.

What would a Coors Light Party Bus be, without a Coors Light Party Girl?!

Didn't take long for our dignified dinner to turn into a connect the straws competition. Don't ask.

Our dinner guest, pro shredder Tj Schneider, puts his cane in the air, and waves it like he just don't care.

This water tastes funny! Hmm,must be the straws.

After dinner, we stumbled over to our next destination.

Reid was even lucky enough to have his portrait drawn by a guy on the street along the way!

And the evening eventually came to a close, and it was back to business bright and early again the very next day!
